I had 4 sessions with Grant a few months ago and I want to go back! After my first session of LENS neurofeedback with Grant my mind felt calm, focused and spacious. I was able to sit at the computer for double my normal time without it sucking all of the life out of me and I focused well on my business tasks. Actually as I'm typing this I realize some of that focus is still with me after only a few sessions and I'd love more to really seal it in. I'm craving that open, expanded, just back from a meditation retreat that I experienced following a LENS session. More please! More...
