My business is all about helping people create a better version of themselves through nutrition and staying active. Some people might define that as losing or gaining weight, building muscle or improving in an athletic pursuit. ‘Better’ can also mean having more energy, improving health markers, or finding a way to eat that will put a stop to years of dieting.

A healthy diet is more than simply what you eat. It's your life, and is affected by a variety of variables: work, homelife, social network, stress, etc. High quality nutrition habits can have an exponentially positive affect on every aspect of your life!

Good nutrition and regular physical activity are two of the top (modifiable) variables affecting your long term health and longevity.

I love helping people change their lives through nutrition and fitness! So many people have struggled for years (an in some case their entire adult lives), trying diet after diet and not seeing results, or long lasting results. I strive to help people learn a better way to eat that not only helps them reach their goals, but that has them feeling energized and that they can follow for a lifetime!

I've always been fascinated with nutrition, studying the subject, from high school forward! It's phenomenol to see/experience the changes that can occur within the body when you alter various fundamentals in nutrition. Additionally, I became very involved in endurance related athletic endeavors in the past decade. I witnessed people who were experienced in their sport of choice, but missing the boat on their nutrition, and the correlating performance benefits. Ultimately I decided to change course from a career in marketing and get certified as a nutritionist so that I could work with people from all walks of life to help them achieve their health related goals!

There is nothing I enjoy more that helping others become a better version of themselves! There is so much conflicting and confusing information on how to eat, diets, and various nutrition protocols. I can help you navigate through the hype and understand what information is tried and true, and what can and should be ignored. Most importantly, I can help you understand what is applicable to your specific situation and your goals!

Although I so enjoy meeting with clients in person, and can do so locally, I see almost all of my clients virtually.

Services

I work 1 on 1 with a client, helping them reach their goals through nutrition education. We'll address any or all of the following, as needed: daily calorie targets, macronutrient (carb/pro/fat) needs, food choices, meal portions, meal planning, grocery shopping, fueling and recovery from workouts, weight loss and body composition. We meet weekly or bi-weekly via Zoom or Google Meet, for 12 weeks. Option to continue month to month after the initial 12 weeks.

Single session consultation, up to 40 min. on the topic of your choice (options listed at https://www.eatingwithintent.com/services/). Choose from popular topics like:

We'll meet weekly for 4 weeks, to delve deeper into a specific topic of interest and how it relates to your lifestyle and goals.
