I provide individualized nutrition counseling and have been a registered and licensed dietitian for over 20 years. Every client that I see has different nutrition goals -so every one of my clients will have a nutrition plan based on their individual needs. I am passionate about ensuring that my clients are on the right path to eating healthy and meeting their nutrition goals. I do not believe in "fad" diets and quick fixes for health. I believe in lifelong healthy eating habits that are achievable and realistic.
