I love making their event an enjoyable relaxing experience that they get to enjoy instead of worry about the planning and small details.

I only take on one event per month. I like to be able to focus on the one event and make it absolutely special!!!! I wont be bogged down with other events stealing attention away from you at your big event!

Yes I can! I have select packages like consulting or my vendor and time line package where I work with you remotely to help you plan your event. This is great for someone who doesn't need someone physically there on the big day but needs help finding the vendors they need or planning out what they need to do.

Services

This is a customized package designed to assist with almost all event planning and design aspects from budget, theme, color, style, venue selection, vendor referrals, vendor management, vendor meetings, guest accommodations, transportation arrangements, favors, guest welcome packages, seating assignments, programs, event timeline and more. I will be there with you to help every step of the way!

With this package we do the planning together. We’ll help you through the process recommending vendors, keeping you on schedule and reminding you what to do next. You’ll contact the vendors and we will help you review the contracts. This package can be custom fitted to help you with what ever aspects of the process you need assistance with.

We know you want to be able to enjoy your event so I want to be able to help you experience your party instead of running it! You will plan your event and then four to six weeks before we will confirm everything and assist with all last minute details. We work with your vendors, execute event timeline, and provide you with a smooth and carefree event. You’ve worked hard planning your event and now it is time for you to enjoy the day with your guests.

You’ve done all of the planning for your event, handled all of your vendors yourself, and you’ve created some amazing DIY items or decor to be at your event; but, you’re going to be too busy getting ready for the big day to set everything up. This package allows you to hand over all of those decor and set up pieces to us to set up for you and make sure it’s all ready for the big day! The Set Up Package includes a virtual meeting a month out where we will disucss everything you have planned to be at your event and we will construct your wedding design together. Then two weeks before your event we will have a final meeting to discuss your item inventory and decor set up. And on the big day we will be there to set everything up! If you can’t bring the items to the venue yourself you can also add on item pick up and delivery to your event space.

We know that more and more often couples are planning smaller weddings and we want to help your day run smoothly. You may find that you don’t need to have a planner there at your wedding but that you may need someone to help you pull together all of the end. The Timeline and Vendor Coordination package includes a virtual meeting where we construct your wedding events into a day of timeline and then one to two weeks out we will coordinate with your vendors. We will add their arrival times, any items they may need to do their job, and day of contact info to your timeline.

Easy Event Ideas is happy to offer a comprehensive consulting service for those who do not have a need for or cannot invest in our full suite of services. As a client of Easy Event Ideas you will have access to our professionals who will provide you with all the tools you will need to effectively achieve your goals and objectives for your next event. By working with Easy Event Ideas you will be able to enjoy all of the benefits of having an event consultant who will guide you through the entire event planning process. This will include an consultation where we will create the foundation of your project followed by guidance throughout planning process and a follow up session post event. We will help your team achieve the event success you are looking for. We also can work with you remotely with online tools and phone calls if you’re not in the DC area.
