6 July 2017What a great groomer. We took our precious little Yorkie/Chihuahua cross to be groomed. Jacqueline the owner of Eastridge Pet Grooming was so wonderful, she was kind, and answered all our our questions. We left feeling very comfortable that she was in good hands. Upon our return we found Jacqueline holding our sweet Isabelle in her arm getting ready to call us. Isabelle looked great. When she put her down Isabelle run around all happy. That action insured me that she had been treated well while in Jacqueline's care. I thought the team was exceptional, its always the little things that make me think like that. I had a great experience the first time I took Halo there, my little Shih Tzu and he was not traumatized. He was actually happy all the way coming home. Then I called to make an appt today May 2017, they had to call me back, they were with another dog, managing doggies. She called immediately back like she said she would. Then she knew from my cell phone number who I was and said this is for Halo?! I said yes and she said I can get him in on Thursday is that ok? I don't care how inconvenient it was that it was on a Thursday the fact that her customer service was so exceptional, I will make arrangements to make certain he is there!
