I have worked out regularly for many years, about a year ago I injured myself and found it difficult to take some of my regular exercise classes. My physical therapist recommended Daniella, owner of DTrain Fitness and it is one of the best fitness decisions I have ever made. She worked with me during my continued recovery, adjusted my workouts to meet the needs of my physical abilities and has helped me gain my strength back. Additional bonus is she offers a variety of options, including one on one sessions, Fit 4 Two (my personal favorite), small group classes and more. As a middle aged person I recognized that I needed strength training. I, however, had little motivation to do it ......until I met Personal Trainer Daniella , owner of D'Train Fitness . Her motto is simply....do it for YOU! I love both the small group training sessions and the one on one private sessions. DANIELLA makes you feel like you are the only one. She pushes me to make progress every time and I am! We have fun too! She has made this all very affordable because her number 1 priority is getting her clients to see the best in themselves. I have been working with Daniella since April ‘17 engaging her in personal training as well as participating in group exercises. In my mind, the thing that sets her apart is her flexibility- allowing me to focus on what I believe needs to improve- and designing a program that conforms to my need on any given personal training day. In addition to building a fit community, Daniella challenges us - ‘you are stronger than you think you are’ and encourages us to listen to our bodies.
