I myself love to cook and serve friends and family. But this time for the first time I decided to hire a professional caterer, which I had no idea how this would turn out.
So I did my research on Goggle for caterers in my area. I came across a few catering companies that was pretty impressive, but when I came across the catering company "DTMTS" I was blown away by how this company came into existence. So I called and I spoke with the owner Robert who really put the stamp on my decision. Once I hired his company to cater my daughter's graduation party which was a grill out it became smooth sailing from there on. Now to the presentation and taste of the food. Every single guest including my family enjoyed everything that was prepared by "DTMTS". The food was amazingly delicious, we practically ran out of food due to everyone going back for 2nd and 3rd servings. If you want to be pleased with some good food and not have to cook I highly suggest you give Robert with "DTMTS" Catering. Also check out the website.

He provided catering services for a party of 100 graduates and family members for students at Miami University. We live 8 hours away so we knew no one local to the Oxford area. He was polite, courteous and helpful in coordinating a menu. He even came to meet me on a weekend I was in Oxford letting me sample the food. I put in a huge catering order with Robert from DTMTS for a guys' retreat weekend this summer, and the food was definitely one of the highlights of our weekend. We ordered brisket, ribs, whole smoked chickens, jumbo wings, smoked turkey legs, and loads of sides. Everything tasted incredible, and the portions were enormous. I added marshmallows and crushed pecans to the pan of spiced yams to enjoy for dessert. My only regret was not having ordered more sides - we ate almost all of our sides the first night. :) More...

The food is Great! The veggie salad was a big hit at our graduation party last spring and the jalapeno cornbread was outstanding as well.
