Had my 12lb shih Tzu groomed and they did a great job. When I went to pay I was charged $85, my bad I was in a rush and I paid an left. Later thought this was either an error or an excessive fee for the grooming. Called back the same day to get clarification and no answer, so I left a voice mail, did the same the following day, and just left my 3rd message. Still waiting on a call back. Groomer did a good job, but not happy with what was charged and the lack of follow up. More...
