Planning ahead, listening to the client's needs and experience. Depending on the client, they are more than welcome to watch and collaborate.

A good description of the services needed, what the photos and/or videos being used for and convey.
What do you love most about your job?
The satisfaction of supplying the media the client needs; in most cases exceeding their expectations. Creating beautiful photos and videos while 'droning' but also in post editing.
What inspired you to start your own business?
A passion for flying drones, experimenting with new techniques and working with good people.
