What’s your signature dish?
We are well verse with different dishes as we want to work with each guest to create their own menu. To name a few that have been a taste dishes are as follows: Chicken Piccata, Cured Meat Charcuterie Board, Hummus, Classic Caesar, Lemon and Dill Asparagus, Grilled Asparagus with Balsamic Glaze, tri-tip steak, Prime rib, and and seafood dishes.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
By listening to each guest on what they would like to experience in way of their food.
What do you love most about your job?
Seeing every guest happy! Knowing at the end of each event that each guest and staff members have had made good memories.
