Going to this doctor was the worst experience I've had with a doctors office. Unorganized, won't return calls, and brushes off concerns. Also, they didn't care to have me fill out correct paperwork. I had to ask to fill out paperwork to speed things up. Save your time and FIND ANOTHER DOCTOR. More...

This absolutely the worst doctor ever!!! I hope someone reports this doctor because she gave my mom the wrong medication and wasn't even apologetic about it. Her receptionist, Mauricio, is just as about as incompetent as she is. Often the doctor has her own son answer the phone for Mauricio although I'm fairly certain he is not vetted to be handling personal medical records. The doctor also never picks up the phone and she is really hard to get a hold of. Please avoid this doctor and her incompetent goon of an assistant at all cost. You're better off going to the hospital or straight up dying. More...

Horrible service. Do not waste your time going here, they're extremely rude and unprofessional. My mother was taken for a check-up on her stitches, and one of the doctors stood very far away and was just criticizing and saying impolite things. Never again, do not go here!!

Hands down the worst Dr. office I have ever encountered. All I will say is no one at this place knows what they are doing. I would suggest to never come here because it's a joke . I wish I'd of looked and researched before I came here. Every comment you see happens continuously. Again the entire staff is a joke . Go some where else More...

STAY AWAY and read the reviews !!! This is not a good office it takes forever for the doctor to get back to you let alone an appointment. I've been in and out of an urgent care for a week for a migraine I can't get rid of and no one in the office seems to know what to do. The dr never got back to me the assistant just says she'll get back to you and no one does. I went to her with a chronic condition and didn't receive and help and needed to be transferred out to another dr. It's unfortunate because she's also a beauty/dermatologist dr which might be her real specialty but I will never go to this dr again. She's not very nice either she comes off kind of rude. She isn't helpful and I think she's only in it for the money More...

Let me share important facts about this doctor and her practice and you will be the judge.1- In her webpage she claims that she is an internist, but surprise , surprise because if you use physician license verification by ABIM ( American Board of internal medicine) she is no where to be found. Just put her name in search box and see for yourself. I am totally confused! No board certification date! No board expiration date! I don't believe that she is currently ( as of April 2021) is even eligible to sit for exam. abim.org/verify-physicia…2- She recommend to patients to change their insurance ( even Medicare patients) and join HMO groups that she is contracted. In other word she increase her patient panel numbers. Some of HMO agreements, pay a monthly fee to their primary care physician no matter if the doctor see the patient or does not. Not a bad business3- Elaheh Farhadian had a radio advertisement to get more patients and as a patient you should have the right to ask who is paying for this advertisement. The insurance company or the doctor herself. If the doctor was paying the radio station then it is normal practice but if the insurance agent and or insurance company pay for advertisement and then the doctor vouch for switching your insurance , then this is a win-win situation for the doctor and insurance company but might not be the best scenario for a patient who is waiting to be seen, wafting for referral and has to suffer physically and emotionally. Doctors are supposed to help patients and of course get paid, nobody argue with that, but please do not assume us idiots! More...

I chose this Doc based on the location. Last week I went to the ER for heart pounding and pain in my shoulder, after all tastings done at the ER, they recommended to see a cardiologist. I tried to call Dr. Elaheh's office that I recently chose to be my practitioner, no one picked up despite many attempts. you will be lucky if someone picks up the phone. When the employee finally picked up the phone and took my info, he asked if he could call me back after verifying your eligibility, he never called back. So I called again the next day. He asked for me to send him via e-mail the ID copy and Insurance card which I did, he again never called back so I called the other day but he said, I needed to pay the copy for an office visit to be able to issue the referral. I asked for an appointment, he said that the doctor is not seeing see any patient in person nowadays due to covid but only virtually. I do not understand how would she check my heart pulse virtually, still I provided my visa card info to the employee to charge whatever he asked for so I can get the referral. I checked my account today and no charge has taken place as of yet. I called and no one picked up again. It's been a week and it's a heart issue. I don't understand how this office takes things seriously, if something happens to me and I get a heart attach, who would be responsible? I tried to change the doctor, but unfortunately it would not be effective until the beginning of the next month, I tried to call around and most of doctors are too busy and no appointments before mid of next month. I don't know what to do!!!! this is ridiculous and sad to see a doctor's office dealing with emergencies in this negligence. More...

Absolutely terrible. Dr's are supposed to help but this lady seems to only want to help if you have money. 200$ to sign a 2 page disability form after a severe hospitalization from Covid-19. Ridiculous. Took a mammogram 7 months prior and she hasn't told me the results. Absolutely appalling customer service. Called to tell me her time isn't free, yet continues to dodge me at appointments set by her. Her assistant Maricio is sweet and you can tell he's doing what he can. But this lady's speciality is Botox, so you can tell she feels she's too high class to help low income families. My insurance assigned me here so it wasn't like she was sought out by choice. Very unprofessional. More...
