It is humbling to be part of the transformation people seek to achieve. After 20 years of working with all kinds of human stressors, I feel privileged to be working with individuals who posited their trust in me to dive into their personal lives in search of an improved quality of life.

After being a banker for a few years, I wanted to have a profession that created meaningful life changes. Psychotherapy not only provides emotional relieve for clients, but it also creates a relational ripple effect. People whom the clients engage with will also benefit from the clients' calmer demeanor, which exponentially enhances the clients' well-being.

I combine the use of both, a cognitive and somatic therapy, which helps clients to normalize the human aspect of their symptoms, emotions, and behaviors.
