The teamwork is incredible with this team!! To be honest they are more than a team they are a family and are there for each other every step of the way! Mo and Jess were so great to work with! We ended up booking a little late with them and we ran in to some set backs (good ole Hurricane Matthew) but they continued to be patient with us. The food was INCREDIBLE, and it was buffet, which sometimes is typically hard to find. My family is usually the table that gives a hard time when we go out to eat, and we had no complaints! The bartender did an outstanding job and kept the party going with the drinks that were handed out. The signature drinks were to die for!! The crew that works at Heritage Isle are amazing. They were only open about a week or so and the clubhouse had a not one but two "shows" going on Saturday night and I must say they handled it beautifully. It was packed, and they were all hustling. I know some people were not able to get food, and that wasn't from lack of trying, we decided to come early and glad we did. Over the last several years at the Chamber of Commerce, I had Downtown Catering , Mo Dehbi and his fantastic staff serve my groups from 50 to 450 all with the smoothest and most tasteful experience. From Technology Symposiums to Gala Affairs our attendees always asked me "Who served the food, I want to use them". This is the best form of compliment. I don't think there are enough words or cliche phrases I could use to explain/express or to describe this amazing team of people. Mo, Jessica, Joey and everyone else.. thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything you all have done over the last few months for Jordan and I. I will forever recommend you all and hope to have many special days ahead to include you all in. 5 stars aren't enough for the experience and help that this team provides. I came home from lunch at the Bistro in Heritage Isle where Downtown Catering staff served me in such a way I felt like the Queen!
The food, the service and the atmosphere were beyond outstanding.
I don't recommend many places but I do recommend Downtown Catering.

We were so happy working with Downtown Catering. Mo and Jessica were a pleasure to work with from the first day we met them during our tasting. Our tasting was fun (and delicious) and they really took the time to make us feel special. We were able to try a bunch of dishes, and they even had the chef make me extra vegetarian options to try. Jessica was there throughout our entire wedding day and made sure everything ran smoothly. Our food was delicious, and everyone enjoyed it. We also ended up booking our alcohol package through Downtown Catering as well. This was an easy process and they were very flexible with our likes and dislikes. Mo and Jessica at Downtown Catering were absolutely wonderful. First and foremost their food was delicious! They accommodated us with two wonderful tastings in order to solidify our menu.

On the day of the wedding Jessica and her staff went above and beyond to make sure our venue was set up just as we requested. Truly an all-in-one package when it came to catering for my wedding day. From beginning to end, Jessica Lutz and her team were on point with their professionalism and service. After sitting down for a tasting, being given a full range of services offered, and then having Jessica take it upon herself to personally visit my venue months before the event….I knew I was in good hands.

Downtown catering had no issue with the fact that my venue had very few electrical outlets, and very limited running water. The quality of food, nor the level of service, suffered by that challenge. Included in their range of services offered were great and knowledgeable bar tenders, who made sure my guests were happy and never missed an empty glass. �
