I attend their meditation class on Tuesday nights (from 7-830pm). I highly recommend it for anyone is who is in interested in tapping into their spiritual side, or are just in need of some stress relief. .. come on now, we all need a moment of peace, considering out hectic life, so why not stop by and judge for yourself. Another highlight is that the class is priced by donation only... I've seen people give $5-$10 per session, but I typically donate $10 -$20 because I appreciate the work the center provides for those who attend (massage, reflexology, energy healing, etc). More...
