I reached out to a few companies for carpet cleaning after sears flaked on me at the last minute. Doug's was able to quote a fair price, responded to all of my questions and concerns in a timely manner, and even show up the same day. Doug was very kind and professional. He did a great job cleaning my carpet. Even lifted a stain that previous customers claimed could not be removed. The scent was so good in my home that I asked if I could add an additional room of cleaning and he was able to do it for me. Overall pleased with the service and will use them again in the future. This company is awesome. Hard working team! Reasonably priced but they do a much better job than Stanley Steemer. They use a rotary extraction tool. It's more like a shampooer that really gets up the stains even in the high traffic areas. Much better than basic steam cleaning. More...

This service is amazing. I called on a Friday, and someone was able to come out the next day to clean a carpet that we thought would have to be replaced completely. It took only an hour to have the carpet restored to "like new" condition. The prices are beyond reasonable and the customer service is awesome. Doug is very friendly and professional. He has cleaned our area rug twice and this past visit he also cleaned our dining room chair and a couple stools. He's quick, timely and very reasonable.
