Double Diamond Chefs

This is the second year that the Rotary Club of Vail has used Double Diamond Chefs to cater a party. I heard great things about Adam and Seth. Since I hosted the event in my home this year, I got to work directly with Adam. The menu he suggested was perfect! He and Seth arrived and took control of getting everything prepared and out buffet-style for people to eat. I was delighted and pleased that Adam understood my dietary restrictions and made portions that fit my needs and kept them off to the side for me. Everyone raved about the food and the friendliness of both Adam and Seth.After the event, they cleaned up the kitchen, stocked our refrigerator with leftovers and follow-ed up to be sure we were pleased with everything. We recently engaged Double Diamond Chefs for a company outing in Vail. When the six of us arrived back at our townhouse from a full day of skiing, we were delighted to see Adam already at work preparing our dinner. Later that evening, we were treated to a gourmet 4 course meal, with each course more delicious than the one before. Not only was the food absolutely scrumptious, but the whole experience was truly luxurious.Adam was polite, professional, friendly and easy-going. Having just spent an entire week in Vail, CO with my family I would highly recommend Double Diamond Chefs. Adam Weinberger prepared 5 nights of dinners for our family. Each dinner was prepared on site from start to finish and each meal was absolutely delicious. He used fresh organic ingredients; served us family style as we had requested and his menus were designed to meet our needs perfectly. My grandchildren (3 and 7) enjoyed each and every meal! We hosted a brunch at a home we rented in Vail for about 40 people. The chefs at Double Diamond showed up promptly 3 hours prior to the brunch. We would have given an extra star if it was available. Everything was taken care of from appetizers through desert, with all preparation, setup, table service, and cleanup provided by the Double Diamond crew.
