I may give John a hard time for testing my limits, but I've been so pleased with my results. John is highly knowledgeable and can provide on the spot alternatives for anyone who has medical or physical restrictions. We definitely have a good time in class! More...

Having been a trainer myself for over 20yrs, a competitive athlete and now due to severe injury I’m back square one as if I’ve never worked out before.
I’m extremely picky as well as very cautious when it comes to personal trainers. Now after knowing John over 5yrs and personally seeing him work one on one with all levels of clients from Pros to injured athletes such as myself, John not only helped me regain my confidence by designing specific workouts focused around my injuries, but he also understood and empathize with all the emotional struggles & complaining that went along with my injuries. I wouldn’t trust any other trainer other than John for my fitness needs! He has proven himself worthy of my trust and love helping me get back to where I eventually need to be in hopes to complete back in the world of rowing again one day soon! Thank you John for your relentless commitment and encouragement to me and my workouts!

Services

1 Hour

8 Pack- $70 per session

12 Pack- $60 per session

Personal training is a great option for people with variable schedules (executives, doctors, stay at home mothers etc.) or clients who prefer the 1:1 private sessions. The workouts/programs are completely customized and geared to foster optimal focus, intensity, drive and success.

Small Group Training (EFT/Monthly Billing)

$35 per session ($280 Monthly)


*No Individual Make up sessions*

In the Private Small Group Model, clients are able to workout with a friend, neighbor, relative or co-worker. If clients can not find another person to workout at their scheduled time, then we can help provide a partner for them. "Buddying up" is a more cost and time efficient way to train. It allows clients to still receive detailed instruction plus provide extra motivation and support during sessions.

In Team Training, clients are asked to work in a larer group (similar to professional athletic training). Clients will have challenging, methodical and well guided sessions that will ensure individual and group progress. The Team Training model is the best option for those who work well in groups and is the most cost efficient option. This model provides the most motivating workout environment and demands the most accountability from clients… “You don’t have to be an athlete to train like one!”

8 Pack- $40 per session

12 Pack- $35 per session

The 30 for 40 option is a great way to accommodate the working/lunch crowd. All the workouts will be at a high tempo. Participants will be challenged with the fundamentals of functional strength training, metabolic circuits and high intensity interval training. It’s a complete training session with enough time to still eat lunch! This is another time and cost effective option for clients to train.
