Outstanding flavors! The trout with the creole and chimichurri spice, Brussels sprouts cooked to perfection, and airline chicken on top of delicious spinach - oh - almost forgot the dressing on the beet salad- yum! I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dogwood catering. From the planning to the event they were fabulous to work with. The staff was extremely professional, the display presentations were beautiful, the food was incredible and my house, after a party for almost 100 people was as clean as a whistle. Having been to some weddings where the food was NOT good, we knew that our caterer was EXTREMELY important to us. Dogwood Catering did NOT disappoint. We were pretty indecisive on what we wanted, but they were extremely flexible and let us do two tastings. I'm sure they would have even let us do more. We got SO many compliments the entire night. It was so delicious! The night of the wedding, they were extremely attentive. Appetizers were awaiting us during cocktail hour and they often checked in on us during the event to see if we needed anything. And the buffet table looked good! All at an extremely reasonable price. Dogwood catered my daughter's wedding. We loved Chef Will's food at our tasting but were not sure if the quality would be as good for 240 guests. It was! Everyone loved the food, and the presentation was really impressive. Their staff provided attentive, friendly service throughout the reception. Working with Jan during the months of planning was also a great experience. She answered all of my questions in a timely manner and went out of her way to ensure that everything ran smoothly.
