DNA Pro Cleaning did an amazing job cleaning my 9 x 13 light beige & white wool rug that had stains from spilled red wine & bad attempts at cleaning the spilled wine. The rug looks almost brand new. I don't know how they were able to remove the stains and repair the rug, but they did. I am extremely happy and highly recommend DNA Pro Cleaning. 5-star customer service!!!! This company is extremely good at communications, from the first call to the last visit. We had them pick up and clean an Oriental carpet and return it in two weeks, and they came within the one-hour window they gave us (after both texting and calling to say they were en route) both times. I have used DNA to clean carpets in two properties I rent out. They did an excellent job cleaning the carpets. The technician was very professional and he covered all the wall corners so the hose will not scratch the corners. He also advised me to spray the carpet with a product to protect it from spots and it would be easier to lift next cleaning. They show up on time and are very prompt. They were very quick and most importantly they wear shoe coverings. Also the price is reasonable. Will definitively use them again!! More...

The best most conscientious carpet cleaning team we have ever hired. Jonathan and Ashton meticulously cleaned the carpets in our new home. They protected my home by wearing booties over their shoes, using corner guards to protect the door openings and corners of the walls and their equipment itself was clean so no dirty hoses were dragged through the house! The carpet looks fantastic and I'm a firm believer that that the smell of clean is nothing. No flowery perfumes or deodorizers were used which is very important for my family to avoid sneezing or headaches. AND....they showed up EXACTLY at the time they said they would, with a courtesy call 45 minutes beforehand.  The process was so easy and the carpets so well cleaned that I am calling them back today to do additional room in the house. They picked up cleaned and redelivered three large wool Egyptian carpets.  The work was excellent , done quickly and the pick up and delivery including minor furniture moving was done professionally and quickly.  The price is reasonable and stated up front. The customer service is impeccable. The workmanship is right on point. Joe took care of my hardwood floors as though they were his. If they can't do it right, they won't do it at all. I received estimates from other places to have my hardwood floors resurfaced and refinished. I received quotes from $6K - $8K. I had 15 years of wax and polish build-up on my floors. I called DNA Pro, to see if they could do anything. They came out and did an area test to see if they could remove the wax without sanding. When they do the test, they do an entire area. I hired this company to clean 2 of our sofas, and they did an AMAZING job!! They came to the house this morning exactly when they were scheduled to arrive, were kind and professional, AND took great care of handling and moving our furnishings around to allow for proper cleaning of the backs of the sofas. The sofas look great now with no harsh chemical smells because they use only eco-friendly, child safe/pet safe cleaning products. The best part: The fee for services is extremely reasonable. I don't usually do reviews but my experience with DNA Pro Cleaning was worth it. They were recommended by a friend of mine who said they did a great job on her carpets. They arrived within the time stated and called prior to coming. Joe was my cleaner and was professional, courteous and did an exceptional job on my carpets. My carpets (wall to wall) are about 12 years old and a light color and I've only had them cleaned once in those 12 years. He was able to get all of the spots up - including blood that came from my injured dog and ground in dust where my couch had been. He offered additional service (at a cost) which I declined and he left it at that - no pressure. I brought my neighbor in to see how good they looked and she immediately asked for their number. I highly recommend this company. The appointment request was easy, they followed up by email 2 days in advance and called a day before to confirm. All in all a great experience. More...

Johnatan and his colleague did an absolutely amazing job cleaning our sectional sofa. I had originally contact a different company (Oxi Fresh) to provide the service, which only resulted in fruitless leave time taken from work with no results (you can read my full review on Oxi Fresh's page). After consistent delays and lack of professionalism, we cancelled the service from Oxi Fresh and called DNA Pro Cleaning instead. Why? Because of all the companies I had called, they were the ONLY ones to follow up after my initial phone call. Once we confirmed the appointment time, DNA was phenomenal at follow-up. I received a confirmation call the day prior. On the day of service, Johnatan and his colleague called 20 minutes before to let me know they were en route. And they showed up EXACTLY when they said they would. No delays. No excuses. In fact, they beat me since I was coming from a meeting. They were very understanding of that too. They arrived ready to begin work right away, looking very professional, and with fully functioning, clean equipment. They were very respectful of our home and our space, including putting on booties before entering. This was all a FAR cry from the experience with Oxi Fresh, which resulted in water being spilled all over our wood floor and lingering there for over 5 minutes while the technician went outside to make a phone call. The other difference I noticed was that DNA sent two guys, who worked very hard and very efficiently for over an hour to thoroughly clean, deodorize, and de-pill our sofa. Oxi Fresh sent one person and said it would take an hour. Suspect. DNA's use of technology also made communication and payment very streamlined and efficient. Overall, I'm very pleased and confident that we made the right decision in giving Oxi Fresh the boot and going with DNA Pro Cleaning instead. It wasn't pretty. A young house guest had too much red fruit punch in her tummy. She left a trail of red marks on the carpet on her way to the bathroom. Thankfully, she felt better but her Grandmother was quite embarrassed. She offered to pay for the cleaning or (gulp!) replacement. Don't worry Grandma, I know someone who can take care of the carpet and you can resume loving and spoiling that precious child. This is the third time I've had DNA Pro clean our carpets. They are always punctual, friendly, and respectful of my home. On top of that, the price is reasonable, and they do a fantastic job . We recently remodeled a good portion of our home, and, in turn, our carpets were a MESS - I'm talking stains everywhere. I really thought the carpet in our basement would need to be replaced, but they now look almost new after DNA cleaned them.
