I just finished the virtual Cultural Diversity Training with Marcus Cage through Divorcing the Past. My first impression is mind-blowing. Mr Cage is at the top of his game in teaching, motivating, mentoring and helping others. He explained how a learned preconceived notion of culture can and will hinder your understanding and fully embracing people different from you. My company booked a Session with Mr.Cage to present for our students at Jobcorps. The students and staff greatly Appreciate the inspiration that the students signed up for future lessons.

Mr. Cage is a phenomenal trainer and facilitator! While speaking to my youth group, he found a way to make an immediate connection with the students, while also seamlessly explaining his purpose in a way that captivated them. Many of our students had follow-up questions regarding how to find their purpose because of his intro video. He was even able to show them how to begin to find their purpose, by using the DISC assessment. The presenter provided valuable information on what is required in writing a grant and the content of the grant. I just finished my second session with coach cage and im truly grateful. He’s armed me with tools and knowledge that has allowed me to have a tad bit more empathy for others and to remember that its not about perfection but nonstop effort.
