I can’t say enough wonderful things about Divas N Design! Karyn and her assistant Carly, are so attentive and follow through from the beginning to end. Calls and emails were always returned promptly. I had a complete renovation done in my newly purchased condo and working with my building was a major challenge, however, they handled everything like top notch pro’s. Bob Morton, who does their construction & remodeling is fantastic! He is a perfectionist and his craftsmanship is excellent! Diane Sherman is the Window Treatment expert and works exceptionally well with Karyn on Design & Functionality. Karyn and her team are exceptional to work with! My Wife and I purchased a new home and it needed a major update. The Kitchen and 3 Bathrooms were very outdated and Karyn transformed them so beautifully, while staying within our budget! I just moved into a new condo in the City a little over a month ago and I hired Divas N Design to help me layout a furniture plan, select the furniture and coordinate the entire process for me, as, I travel often for work and do not have a lot of free time. Our communication was mainly through emails with a couple of calls here and there. Karyn and her team were outstanding, any questions that I had, were acknowledged and answered promptly. I gave them some specific wants and needs and they executed it, while staying within my budget. Friday was delivery day and when I walked through the door, I was not only elated with the outcome, it had exceeded all my expectations! I first used Divas N Design when my husband and I purchased a new home. Divas N Design was unique in that the service would help us with the ""big selections,"" like carpeting, tile, flooring and paint. The choices and decisions were overwhelming, but Karyn walked us through the process and we were pleased with the end result. We paid for services on an hourly rate, letting us use the service as much or as little as we wanted. I was so impressed, that when it came time to decorate our two master bedrooms, Divas N Design was a must to bring in on the project. I love what the Diva's did to my home! I was in desperate need of an update in my 20 year old house. I called to set up a consultation in early June. Karyn and Katie came out to my house to give me a consultation. I loved their ideas and decided to hire them. The room planning ideas for Living Room, Dining Room were very creative. I never would have thought of the ideas on my own. The paint color palate that Karyn suggested for my rooms, turned out gorgeous! Mary Aileen did a magnificent job on my window treatments and draperies. I purchased my furniture through Ambiance Gallery and love everything that I got from them. Their price points are great! Jennifer was a pleasure to work with and down to the delivery guys (David & Jim), they were just amazing and the delivery went very well. We have been working with Karyn for the past 6 years. She had designed and decorated our first home, 6 years ago and just completed our ""new construction"" home in June. It was a long process, as we started building our new home, 2 years ago. She had devoted her time and talent to us from the start. I had a small project to take on.... I needed to do my Master Bedroom and Family Room. I called 5 designing firms to help me with my task. Two of them never even called me back. Out of three, One said that my job wasn't big enough, another one said that they weren't taking any new clients until March '08. As they say ""save the best for last"", I called the Divas, they came right out, started my project and completed it in 6 weeks, with ordering furniture from their furniture gallery. We can't say enough wonderful things about Divas N' Design.....We found them on City Search back in late August. We had just moved into our home on the North Shore and it needed a lot of up dating. Karyn and Jane came out to give us a consultation and we hired them that same day. We had many visions, however, we needed some expertise and professional consulting to guide us through the process. Our deadline was December 15th to have everything that was on our priority list to be completed. My husband made a bet with me.....he said no way would everything be completed by the holidays! It is the 1st of December, our kitchen and master bathroom was completely remodeled, all the new furniture was delivered in 6 rooms, window treatments were installed and look amazing! We hired Karyn 2 years ago to help us with several decorating tasks in our home in Highland Park. She was absolutely wonderful and a pleasure to work with! Our project took a long time to finish, as we had several things that needed to be done. She worked at our pace, which was slow, but we finally completed everything this past month. our home is everything that I've ever imagined it to be. She was so creative and talented, we can't begin to tell you!
