I really do not know if there is enough space allotted to express my satisfaction for Discreet Limos. Â I had a 7am flight to Jamaica from DCA and scheduled a pickup for 5am. Â Sean, the limos driver was in my driveway at 4:25am. We had two golf bags and two large suitcases which he handled with ease. Â His personality and kindness was above reproach. Â Prior to my return a week later we communiated by text regarding my 7:35pm arrival at DCA. Â When our plane landed I texted him we were on the ground. Â When we exited the airport at 7:50pm Sean was there within seconds, professional and courteous as before.... I have used other limos services in the past and I have to say Discreet Limos is in a league all by itself. Â I have no plans to use any other limo service but Discreet Limos. Â I should also related Discreet Limos was $125 less than the lowest price I received for transportation to and from Washington Reagan (DCA) from several other limo services. We could not have selected a better car service. They offered the best price and great service. A group of us took the Amtrak to Union Station In Washington DC. We had arranged for Discreet Limos to pick us up and bring us to National Harbor in Maryland for a conference. Â Our driver Chris called me prior to our arrival to tell me he was at the station whenever we needed him, but not to rush. He would wait nearby. I called him when we were outside the station, and we were in route to National Harbor in a matter of minutes in a perfectly maintained Escalade, with a very professional driver. We found Discreet Limos on yelp and ordered a lift from Federal Hill in Baltimore to Reagan. Paul, our driver was very kind and pleasant, on our departure out he was at our house early and patiently waited until we were ready to leave and on our return back he was in place waiting in the arrival hall of the airport. If you travel for business on a regular basis, then I suggest you get a car service. And if you're going to get a car service, then you need to get Discreet Limos. I have been riding with these guys regularly for about a year now. When I arrive from Dulles or Reagan they are always there waiting for the plane to land. When I fly out, I make my reservation on their site and that's it. The driver is parked outside my apartment texting or calling me to alert me of his presence.When the flight is cancelled or delayed, no need to text or call them because they already know the flight was cancelled or delayed. ours was a Yelp find and it couldn't have been any better. I was arriving after 1am due to a delayed flight and didn't want to deal with uber or a cab late at that hour so we went with a reserved car service. The online reservation process was simple and when I landed at DCA I had a text waiting on me letting me know that the driver was parked nearby and waiting on us. Flew back home into, by way of BWI/Baltimore for a business dinner meeting so I needed to go from the airport to the restaurant in record time and then back to the airport afterwards. Driver called me on my arrival and i was in the car (Mercedes Benz sedan) literally as soon as I walked outside the terminal.4 1/2 Hours later another car waiting outside the restaurant. We have used Discreet Limos to take us to the airport on multiple occasions and whether it is 4:00 in the morning during the week or on a Saturday night after a long vacation, they are reliable, courteous and everything else that you'd expect from a limo service. Last night, knowing we were coming back from Orlando with 2 small children near dinner time, Mark arranged for there to be CHICK-FIL-A and lemonade for us in the car!! Who does that?! We had a very important Asian client departing Dulles going to Guangzhou and his flight was cancelled due to plane failure, he had to catch a connecting flight the next morning from JFK. I contacted Discreet Limos late in the evening and last minute, our dialogue assured me that they could handle transporting our client from Dulles to New York City. They have proven to be very efficient, accurate and easy to work with and all with a very simple booking process.Our counterparts in Asia forwarded me the name of our client in Mandarin and the driver met him curbside with signs correlating to his name. The driver kept me informed of every step (pickup & contact, passing into state lines, and finally arrival to JFK) by regular texts/phone calls..Everything was perfect and our client was appreciative. Highly professional. Very accommodating and understanding toward my 91-year old, disabled aunt with neuromuscular disease & her needs. They helped with her walker, wheelchair, and oxygen & facilitate curbside service at IAD airport. We've used Discreet Limos as a car service for about a year now to get her to and from the airport. Our drivers are always early and keep the car warm when it's cold in the early morning. Yonas has been nothing but cordial and even happily went back for my phone when I forgot it. I had 5 people to get from the Baltimore ship doc to a plane @ Dulles airport and we were not familiar with the best way to do so. I spoke with this car service and set up a reservation in advance to be waiting for us once the boat docked. Their employees are professional and had communicated with us for each stage of the way. Our cruise ship ended up docking early and the driver was already parked and quickly picked up our bags and we were on the road. If I was hollering out with the pangs of immediate labor I'd order my man to hold my hand and call Mark @ Discreet Limos that's how much I trust him. He runs his own company so calls go directly to his cell phone, removing the nuisance of a dispatcher. He's upfront, reliable, and honest. And unlike most car services, they allow you to reserve well in advance and DON'T CHARGE you until AFTER service is provided *key*. There's even blackened windows in the back for added privacy. I found this car service on yelp and so glad I did. We did not want to drive into D.C. and get lost or park and it was my husband's birthday so a stress free evening was a must. Aaron, our driver was early and texted me once he arrived outside our house. We were going to the Kennedy Center and planned to do some bar hopping after our show. I decided to do an hourly charter for a few hours and have the car simply waiting outside to take us from place to place.. At 10:00 am, I had to schedule a car service to pick my grandfather & I up from Leesburg going to BWI for 5:45 am the next morning. My "go-to" car service was no longer in service. After reviewing a few companies, I sent Discreet an email asking for a quote and if they had availability. Within 5 minutes I received a response from Mark. We emailed back and forth and he answered all of my questions and provided an affordable quote within minutes. I ended up calling him and we finished the transaction by phone. Discreet Limousines was a key element in our anniversary in Downtown Baltimore going as well as it did. When doing the initial booking, they worked with me to find the best vehicle and price that would provide us what we wanted. Receipts and confirmations were handled quickly and professionally. Our driver, Roy, was phenomenal, handling the job of driving the party from Federal Hill to the Harbor and back then having to drive back down to Fells Point to pick up our aunt and her family and drive them to the Harbor with the utmost composure. Our SUV, a 7 passenger Cadillac Escalade, was spotless, and the included chilled champagne was very kind & much appreciated. Every single expectation we had in mind was met even accounting for Downtown Baltimore traffic we still made it ahead of schedule. I booked Discreet Limos for our arrival into IAD. I will use them again and will be sure to recommend them to any friends or family traveling. The communication was excellent. I received a confirmation email and text each step of the way. I was told our chauffeur's name, that they were on location, the type of car and license plate number. Having touched down at IAD, and endured the stress of the almost two hour line to clear customs, all four of us were pretty beat with our arrival  back home. This disappointment was however very short lived, as the immaculately dressed Johnny our driver from DLimos was aware of the delays, and was there to greet us with a smile, a brand new and CLEAN suburban. After having used Discreet limo twice during a few days, I can say they are reliable on time and have good cars. The price level is very compatible to similar solutions. Only issue was by internet booking where I observed problems with my corporate credit card, I called the company and got good service and confirmation via e-mail. I am so pleased that we booked with Discreet Limos. After a very long flight back home and waiting to go through customs for two hours it was so good to see our driver Andre waiting for us. He let us know where he would be which was very easy to find at the airport. We also used them to go get to IAD. As our flight was very early we needed to be picked up at 4:20am. Unfortunately there is road work near our house and certain streets are closed. We let Andre know that he had to find us in an adjacent street. Even at that early hour he was very patient. Not being much of an Lyft/Uber user, not very much liking the taxi service in the area, and travelling with a family of four with luggage for ten days, I decided to book in advance with Discreet Limos. The SUV driver was waiting for us outside our house, the car was clean, with lots of space for luggage and the trip through the city was extremely comfortable albeit the traffic jams.We ended up so satisfied with this first transfer that we booked a reservation back on the day of our arrival back home.... that it was even a better experience! I booked the same type of car, the same type of passengers, the same trip. Without asking, they prepared a 10% cheaper offer that I accepted immediately. We booked Discreet Limos as a convenient option for a long haul trip back to D.C from London. The website & dispatcher was easy to follow and was clear on charges including a child seat which we needed. This was a big bonus for us... we didn't want to arrive at 8am and have to worry about transporting a child seat for our two-year old. Our driver was there waiting for us when our plane landed and was very patient and helpful finding us the things we needed quickly at the airport.We were booked for a Chevy Suburban or GMC Yukon and we were picked up in the Suburban.
