Sometimes life throws unexpected curveballs. Upon seeing a post by Discovery Counseling Services I sent a message and scheduled an appointment with Lauren. It was one of the best decisions I ever made. To have a place to go and unload all of life’s burdens and talk things through has been a tremendous help in navigating so many changes in such a short period of time. Had an event occur that triggered some frequent and crippling PTSD/anxiety so I finally sought out some help. Chose these folks and I would choose them again.
