How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
Firstly, I use health screenings/ fitness assessments to identify any mobility or movement restrictions. Once identified, both aerobic and anaerobic assessments are performed to assess the client's strength and cardiovascular fitness levels (work capacity). From there, a personalized program will be created to holistically improve the client's overall well-being and physiology in accordance to their goals and aspirations.

The secret to getting the body of your dreams first requires intrinsic motivation (internal drive) to initiate change. It then demands consistency and adherence to the lifestyle changes necessary to achieve physiological (noticeable) results.
And this is all only possible through a holistic approach consisting of exercise, nutrition and lifestyle modification.
What do you love most about your job?
Experiencing the gratification of educating and helping others achieve their personal goals, and impacting their lives in such a positive way that they carry out and implement these new lifestyle changes for the rest of their lives.
What inspired you to start your own business?
