Had a great dinner for four catered by Chef Mario and server Kate this past weekend! Â It was so amazing and memorable. Â They left the kitchen spotless and were a delight for me and my guests. Dine with Nine catered my baby shower. I have to say this food was better than any wedding I had been to. Their menu is extensive with many different varieties of food. We started with bacon wrapped dates, chinese chicken salads in mini take-out boxes. Followed with mini angus burgers witth carmelized onions . We ended it with a spinach, portibella mushroom lasagne. My friends and I are big foodies and it was fantastic. I would recommend this catering company More...

What’s your signature dish?
We offer several menu options from Mediterranean to Jamaican to Hawaiian and much more. Our most popular menus include items like the rosemary-citrus chicken and whiskey marinated flank steak from our Mediterranean menu and our jerk chicken with rice & peas from our Jamaican menu. Each of our signature menus have popular dish on it. Just ask our sales associated for menu suggestions.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We first start with the type of event you’re planning and the season to determine menu options. Our sales team will work with you and our culinary team to create menu options based on your budget and needs.
What do you love most about your job?
We get to experience new flavors and cuisine from around the world...and we get to share that experience with our clients.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Our company was started by Chef Robert Mary who spent most of his years traveling around the globe as a child and later entering the culinary field where he was able to tell stories about his travel one dish at a time. Food is art!
