Company Boss Aaron at this company hired many well vetted and professional men and women. However, the company has went downhill since his departure, sadly.
His supervisor Keaton runs a tight, lucrative ship for this fine company but sadly like some companies can micromanage excessively, which makes for rougher than necessary communications. Better OJT training and passdown are highly suggested can make our jobs easier for us newbies.
However, some of the recent hires are a tall goofy bald black Gomer Pyle hillbilly bucktooth ghetto Bible freak soul brother types who slip thru who read the Bible religiously while ON the job and are force preaching upon us others, and will KO you if you disagree with them, constituting unsafe work place harassment. Nobody want to be proselytized to against OUR will to while on duty. GEEZ! We are not in a cult. That's Not cool my brother. stand DOWN Gomer Alfred Pyle!
Quality of hires are vitally important but lately such lowlifes wind up as our coworkers causing an unsafe work conditions. Better drug and character screening and testing is a future must. That's what happens when the job screening bars is gravely lowered sadly. We seriously need more mandatory drug testing for ALL new hires to screen out all future Bible religious zealots. Security is a serious for profit business, so this not a church, people. A strictly business secular approach is the key to a companies success, you agree?is not a church, people.
