We live in a world that often feels like it’s managing us instead of us managing it. This can leave you and your close relationships feeling overwhelmed, pressured, and loaded with lots of expectations from others and yourself.
Wellness coaching and therapy can help you discover ways to better identify, overcome and manage the obstacles that get in the way of your relationships, career, and within yourself. As your personal therapist, I am more of a guide that utilizes evidence-based psychotherapy training to walk you through the self-exploration journey to a more fulfilling and balanced life.
Your therapy shall include an integrated treatment approach (CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Family Systems, Solutions Focused, Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy). I work with a diverse client population, including those with single or dual diagnosis and co-occurring disorders (addiction, depression, anxiety, bipolar, PTSD, schizophrenia, sexual abuse). I work with individuals, couples, and adolescents. I am currently completing a Ph.D. in Integrated Behavioral Health that focuses on treating the “entire” person through integrated care, expected completion in 2022.
