What makes a great website?
In today's business world, having an online presence is a must. We believe that strong websites have information organized, that is easy to find, and easy to read. This means taking care to categorize information in such a way that it is searchable and is highlighted on your site so users can find what they need in 1-2 clicks maximum. It is also important to keep information current, and to have good quality features, meaning your links always work, functionality always works and is easy for the user to understand.
Additionally, we believe your brand is important. Your website should be visually appealing, and it should match the brand of your business or organization. By doing so, you bring credibility and stability to your business.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
We first try to understand your brand, and the mission and values of your organization. Then, we try to understand your business objectives and how they relate to the content and features you want to have on your website. We discuss your ideas on style, colors, branding, and theme and we connect those ideas to a recommended solution for your new website. We work closely with you and your team page-by-page to make sure your content is current, understandable, organized, and placed in the most effective spot on your website.
What do you love most about your job?
I love being able to take "seedlings of thought" (TM) and transforming them into integrated website or graphical solutions. I love being able to help others get the most out of their business and use the best tools to maximize their efficiency. I love hearing people say "wow", and I strive for that "wow" factor in all that I do.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After working for a large corporation for many years as a management professional, I was laid off. I decided that I had the skill set to help others and that I could build an enterprise on my own. Also, through my volunteer work, I've seen a strong need for business services, websites, and automated solutions, and I wanted to connect my expertise to those in need.
Why should our clients choose you?
Our business has grown by 325% in the past year alone. It is largely due to word of mouth as our clients love us. I think they love us because we are fairly priced, we are professional, we are responsive, organized, and creative. We do an excellent job at translating business needs into integrated technical solutions for our customers, and they love the way we can bring them tools to help them maximize the potential of their organizations.
