WOW! What a great company. I own two small businesses and I deal with numerous vendors and suppliers almost every day. When I needed a new website, a friend recommended Designer 1 Media. I called Designer 1 and I am so glad I did. The website designer, Ben, communicated with me frequently. He wanted to make sure that everything was perfect. He is obviously obsessed with perfection, which really impressed me.
The communication and customer service is by far the best I have ever experienced. In the past when I wanted to speak to my web designer or the marketing guys, I had to leave a few messages and hope for a callback. Ben called me anytime he had a question or needed to inform me of anything.
As for the website, it is absolutely beautiful. It’s even better than what I had hoped for, and I have high hopes. The quality of the work and the professionalism of the people that I have dealt with at Designer 1 is second to none. The prices are also exceptional. I’ve paid a lot more for a lot less in the past.
