Derek Meier LMT

Derek is one of the most gentle, yet strong massage therapists I have ever had the pleasure of receiving massage from. As a 6’3” ~220lb male I have many lifelong sustained injuries, ranging from back (upper, lower, spinal), to knee (MCL), to ankle (achilles tendon), to wrist (arthritis), among general pain that accrues from the stress of everyday life. Derek has been a consistent source of healing and therapy in my life and I could not recommend a more skilled therapist to anyone. After only two sessions with him, I noticed my posture dramatically improve and the state of my body as a whole feeling better on a day-to-day basis. Above all else, Derek does a fantastic job creating a relaxing atmosphere where you can let go of any stress and simply enjoy your time with him.
