Merrill's attention to detail is unparalleled! We recently hosted a Casino Night and hired Merrill and her team to cater the event. Merrill immersed herself in the theme - from the Clams Casino Dip to the brownies shaped like dice - with white icing dots to mimic dice. The serving pieces were themed with a black, red and white decor to echo the casino theme as well and the presentation was spectacular!! The food was top quality and excellent! Every detail, from the decor to the food, exceeded every imaginable expectation we had for our special day. From the moment we began planning our wedding a year and a half ago, Merrill made sure that every detail was covered, including every detail we might have forgotten if not for her! There was no question or request that went unanswered at any time and we knew that we could always get in touch with her for any need that we had. As the day got closer, she was in constant contact, making sure that we had everything we needed, and helped up with the last minute details and quick adjustments we had to make. From the moment we arrived at the venue, we didn't have to lift a finger. She did everything for us and made sure that we felt like guests at our own wedding, and ensured that we got to taste every bit of the fantastic menu she created just for us! The food was 5 star cuisine with elegant settings and you could feel the love that was put in when it was all prepared.

Merrill is fantastic. She recently catered a surprise birthday party for my wife and exceeded every one of my expectations. Merrill worked with me tirelessly to craft the perfect customized menu for my wife, and her execution was out of this world - everyone raved about how wonderful the food was. In addition to the customized dinner menu, she also prepared an absolutely stunning birthday cake that our guests could not stop talking about (or photographing). Her team was extremely prompt and professional, and had everything delivered and set up perfectly and at the exact time she had promised. In addition, Merrill's thoughtfulness is unrivaled - when she found out that my wife and I were stuck in traffic and were going to be late in arriving to the party, she immediately called to see if there was anything she could do to help keep the food hot and fresh during the delay.
