Delicious Catering Services

Delicious Catering was fantastic for our wedding! The food was delicious (multiple guests told us it was the best food they've ever had at a wedding) and the bar services were great. Chris worked with us to design a menu that worked with our food interests and dietary restrictions of us and our guests, he even made sure to have a specific Sangria recipe we requested.

They do seem to be very busy, which caused some communication delays prior to the wedding. While this didn't have any negative effect on the wedding or their service on the day of, it did make us feel like they could benefit from a secretary to take some of that work off the owner's shoulders.

What can I say but great things about Chef Chris and his staff. This was a destination wedding and being 1000+ miles away was scary when picking a caterer and not trying the food ahead of time. Chef Chris made the process from start to finish easy and he listened to what WE wanted not demand HIS way of doing things like others were doing. We wanted a buffet and we want ALL three main proteins Chicken, beef and fish. It didn't matter that the wedding was small of 40 adults. He gave us options to make the Bride, Groom and all guests happy. I could keep going how great Chef Chris was. His staff was also amazing and made us so happy on how they treated everyone, especially my mother. Thank you for making this part less stressful. More...
