This is some good BBQ right here. My 2nd time visiting this establishment and it did not disappoint. The variety and the prices are great. First time I was here, which was a few months ago I ordered a salad with 3 meats. So filling that I had to split it in 2. On today's visit I had the 2 meat plate with 2 sides (and a beverage). For a $11.50 this is a great price. I chose the burnt ends and chopped brisket for my meats. My sides were the mac & cheese and potato salad. Heaven in a smoke house! Where do I began? I misbehave every time I step foot into this place. The okra, so soft and delicious(hot from the grease). The special seasoning on the fries, lightly sweetened but quite savory . The ribs..ribs..ribs(that's an echo) tender, meaty, macho and full of flavor. This is my go-to spot for barbecue when I'm traveling to Wichita for work.  The trick is catching them when they are open, because Monday and Tuesday evenings it's closed.  The brisket and ribs are fantastic and I HIGHLY recommend going with the fried okra as one of your side items.  Stay away from the cole slaw, it's just meh.  As a southerner, my only complaint is that the sweet tea could be sweeter, but other than that, I'd say this place is stellar! A good old fashioned BBQ place in the center of Delano. The pulled pork and brisket meats are good. However, their sides are what I love most - garlic coleslaw, spicy coleslaw, potato salad, and fried okra. Their fried okra is the best in town, light, airy, crispy and not greasy!!
