How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I do not offer one size fits all workout routines nor do I offer quick fixes. Each client is assessed in detail, and I design detailed, individualized programs to help each of my clients meet his/her wellness goals.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Have a professional complete a fitness assessment with you. This will help determine your weaknesses. The next step is to develop a plan with which to overcome those weaknesses. You must commit to consistently and mindfully training in order to make improvements.
What do you love most about your job?
Helping my clients on their journey to develop true body awareness and master skills which lead to holistic wellness and fitness.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
I do offer Zoom and Facetime training sessions; however, hands on (in person) is far superior.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I have transitioned from a gym to a studio atmosphere, which offers a private, safe and clean option to pursue your wellness journey.
