Q&As

DebLin clinicians love to help people reach their maximum potential. It is exciting to see someone who has struggled with life's challenges, obtain the tools to confront problems on their own, and strengthen themselves, families and others around them.

The company owners worked in inpatient hospital care and were disturbed by the repeat admissions to psychiatric facilities. Company owners felt that clients needed better alternatives to access treatment in the community and thereby minimize or eliminate the necessity for an inpatient hospital admission. The owners were also disturbed by the difficulty people faced in obtaining immediate appointments with mental health professionals and felt that clients should receive services were most needed (office, home, hospital, etc.). DebLin has been very successful in communicating this mission of care to managed care health plans who utilize the expertise of our clinicians to help clients navigate different levels of care, toward a goal of least restrictive care.

DebLin clients tell us on satisfaction survey's that they love our ability to be flexible and help them problem-solve for alternatives that match their needs. We can provide crisis services, meet them in the home, in an office or even at hospitals to help provide transition between levels of care. Clinicians are highly experienced in inpatient, outpatient, partial hospital, intensive outpatient, rehabilitation counseling and skills training, as well as resources and coordination between community based care.
