I worked with Dave for my surgical residency application photo, and was so impressed with his talent, professionalism, and ability to bring out a photogenic side I didn't know I had. To start, Dave was incredibly responsive. I was on a time crunch, and Dave called me Sunday night less than an hour after I sent an email to give a quote and answer my questions. The session was scheduled for Tuesday, and I had the photos within 24 hours of selecting my favorite. On site, Dave was warm, made me feel comfortable, and helped me find the confident, friendly look I was hoping for. Being natural in front of the camera doesn't come easily to me, but Dave made the whole process painless, and I loved so many of the photos I had trouble choosing. My experience with Dave, from beginning to end, was nothing short of outstanding. I was in need of an updated professional head shot and he responded to my inquiry almost immediately and was available within a couple of days, on a Sunday no less. His friendly, but professional, demeanor put me right at ease. The photos were exactly what I was going for and Dave verbalized it perfectly, "confident, friendly, and approachable". Excellent service provided and highly recommended! I needed headshots for my professional social networks as I was recently laid off and am back in the game seeking new employment. During the shoot Dave took into consideration the persona I wanted to convey and was very careful to ensure the look and the lighting was right. I had proofs within an hour after the shoot and had the finished product shortly after that. I had a minor tweak I requested which was addressed and in my inbox the next AM. Dave was an amazing photographer for our recent engagement photoshoot!! When we got to the location, he was already set up and ready to go! He encouraged us to act natural and have fun throughout and never tried to pose us or make us do anything we didn't want to do. He was open to all suggestions and even brought a pop-up changing tent so I could switch outfits in the middle of the park! After the shoot, we received all 420 photos in just 24 hours - super quick! And they were STUNNING. I have never received so many compliments from friends and family members. Everyone is asking me who my photographer was!! Dave even offered to touch up some of the photos and photoshopped two together to give me the angle I wanted (and I couldn't tell at all!). I cannot say enough good things about Dave! The whole process with him was thorough and seamless. He gave ideas but also really let my husband and I decide what we wanted for the day. The day of the wedding was so easy. My husband and I both loved working with Dave and the second shooter we had, Nicolai. Both were fun and energetic, gave good directions, and were able to capture our photos beautifully. We even received our wedding photos less than a week after the event!
