Had a family night tonight and I was just in awe at the service. Bryant was our server and he was so attentive and awesome. We couldn't have asked for a better server. Service is spot on, servers are there to help with any request the food is expected of a bar /arcade the area is pretty big and defenitly enjoy that the arcade is located below as a separate Floor.

I don't find genuine customer service out there that much anymore but when I do I really appreciate it! Unfortunately it's almost not expected these days. I was under the wrong impression on a Special that I attend on frequent Sundays or Thursdays. When I brought it up to my waiter David he was very helpful at explaining it to me and also advised that I can also speak with his Manager if needed. Most times this happens the waiter or waitress would get upset and the rest of the evening would go downhill. David was great and had exceptional service then and going forward. The Manager McKee came over and reassured that David explained the Special correctly and I then realized how unfortunately I have used it wrong in the past. McKee then didn't make me feel bad or ashamed at what I've done but explained how it works. McKee and David went above and behold not only explaining a Special to me without an attitude but were so genuine at what they do that I will definitely continue to bring family and friends there more often!!! Don't see customer service like this anymore! More...

I would definitely reccomend dave and buster's for their arcade! Getting the unlimited play card kind of guarantees you the high score in pacman so I'd definitely do that and grab a pic of it for good memories. The food here is alright but not terrible. We were invited to a bday party we had fun playing games as well as my one yr old fascinated with the sounds and lights played a couple games with us (only complain some adults play forever in some games like others would like to play to please and thank you). ..we ordered some cantina nachos that was more than enough for me and hubby , waiters were always checking on us and refilling our drinks. Our 9 year old son wanted to go for his birthday yesterday. We weren't really expecting to much because we have 5 kids so things are a little tight some times. The bartender got us our food and was really patient with us the million times we went up to ask him questions. So that was super cool to start off. Then the manager McKee I believe it was helped my wife set up one of the other kids card.. he asked if everything was alright and then chatted with us a little bit. He showed us the jurasic park virtual reality aand helped us set that up. He def went above and beyond to make our sons experience like no other. It's nice to be able to take ours kids out and them have such a great time. We hardly ever get to get out so when we do and we have an experience like this it just makes the entire family happy .
