What do you love most about your job?
I absolutely love helping people get that natural grin on their face because I helped them see the light they needed to. I help people be happier. Whether that means finding your true purpose & calling, pursuing your dreams, helping with confidence and self-esteem, dealing with the negative/cynical/hateful, insight into relationships, or perhaps just creating more of a healthy balance in your life! I know I can help you. If I feel I cannot, I will help you find the right help!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have been helping people my entire life. Whether it be as a teacher in Santa Monica CA, starting an online radio station to give aspiring hosts and DJs a chance to build their brand, playing indie artists on my radio & tv shows, interviewing a variety of amazing people to help others, etc.
But I hit a rock bottom dark place in March of 2019. After lots of researching and soul-searching, I bounced back with a passion and vengeance I never knew I was capable of. I was inspired to start this business because I know I can help others see the light that I did. I know I can help others get excited about their dreams, their talents, their passions, their calling, their legacy...their happiness.

There are not many coaches, consultants, mentors, etc. that are as experienced in so many areas as Darryn Yates is. I am trained by living and pursuing dreams, living in a variety of cities, landing record deals & tours, getting hired and fired 15-20 times in the corporate world, never accepting a job that I did just for money, starting a family, hitting rock bottom, and bouncing back to capture everything I have ever wanted. 1:1 Coaching (One on One)
This is where I work the most closely with you. We interact 5-7x per week, depending on your schedule and what is best for you.
I can meet however you want to! Face-time, cell phone call, Zoom, Facebook in our very own private group, email and/or text. Everything is 100% confidential and 100% private between you and I.
Private Facebook Group
This is where I meet with you and others in a private Facebook group. Everyone else is super supportive, positive, and are open to helping each other however we can! Anything weird, negative, or shady will be removed immediately and blocked.
I will be going LIVE on Facebook in this group 4-6x per week, depending on what the majority of the group wants. I also set up a 1 on 1 call with you every 2 weeks, so at least twice if you only get the month package.
This online group is just starting in late Sep. 2020, so the amount of members will be lower for a while as it continues to grow. Rest assured that I am extremely selective so the members of this group are going to be awesome just like you! If not, they are out! =)
