Dandy Dj (Neil Smith) was absolutely phenomenal. One of my biggest fears was the music cutting out while walking down the isle. It all went PERFECT. The music was EXACTLY the way I wanted it. He played the correct songs at the exact times. His mic was hooked up to our officiant and the sound wasCrystal clear. My wedding was chaotic but he still managed to handle everything wonderfully. He also had his lights set up and had an “E” for our last named projected on the walls. It was awesome and we had SO many compliments. I recommend him to anyone looking for a DJ for their wedding. We had a wonderful experience with the Dandy DJ at our wedding in July 2019. He showed up early to get everything set up, working wonderfully with our coordinator. Everything was done in a nice, clean, professional manner, from the ceremony to the end of the reception. I never even noticed any wires or cords that someone could trip over. The whole experience was smooth. Neil kept everyone entertained, even when we escaped to take some pictures after the ceremony. There was never a dull moment during the reception. The dance lighting and video screens were a nice touch! He even offered to stay longer than we had originally planned. Worth every penny! Neil provided a photo booth for our conference and it was fantastic! He worked with us beforehand to match the booth's backdrop to our theme colors and put our logo and conference name on the prints. He arrived early with plenty of time to set up. He brought a variety of fun hats and masks to wear, and even brought cardboard cut outs of celebrities so no one had to be alone in the photos. Neil was the DJ for our daughter’s wedding Jan 5 2019. I can’t say enough great things about him. He was early to the venue , had all his own equipment and lights, he played earlier than asked and we had very specific songs for cocktail hour and for wedding party walking in and he made sure and had all the songs we requested. He helped with dance songs on the dance floor and was very professional. My daughter was concerned about him not playing certain songs , but he played everything she wanted so when it says family friendly, don’t let that scare you. It means he will play appropriate music. Neil did my son's wedding this past Saturday, he was professional, very prompt, friendly, his equipment was perfect , even had video screens . Dandy DJ (Neil Smith) has been the BEST DJ my wife and I have worked with. From start to finish, he has been extremely responsive in helping us from getting the contract setup, picking out song, order of service, along with many other things that we had never thought of. During our wedding, Neil asked us exactly how we wanted our names to be pronounced, setup microphones for speeches and guitar performance, and even offered help when the guitar broke just before the performance. What sets Neil apart (aside from only playing clean music) is his professionalism of appearance, lights and video, and he would often step away from the booth to lead group dances. Neil, AKA Dandy DJ
did it all, taking care of the audio and music for the ceremony, and then being the 'MC" and 'disc jockey' for the evenings festivities. He did a great job with the playlist that the bride and groom selected, we sure partied and danced! Even though his gigs take him out on the road, Neil was extremely prompt in getting back to me often the same day. Highly recommend.

I hired Neil for my small wedding reception in September. He was fun, professional, punctual, neat and he did an amazing job! Communication via email was always quick and thorough. He played everything on my list and was even able to download a special Dutch party song on the spot at the request of my husband's friends (my husband is Dutch and there were several Dutchies in attendance).
