We had Dan take our engagement photos. I normally don't like taking photographs, but Dan made me feel comfortable with the entire process. We scheduled our daughter's first birthday pictures with Dan and could not be any more pleased with how they turned out. Dan was patient and professional with Deecon, who, like any one year old, was squirmy and a bit uncooperative. We didn't feel rushed at all and Dan took his time getting the shots that we wanted. We initially gave him some ideas as to the shots we wanted and he ran with them and even came up with some creative ideas that worked beautifully. I'd highly recommend Dan to anyone looking for a professional, kind and patient photographer! I used Dan Mizner Photography recently for self portraits and also for a family shoot! I was a little nervous about the portraits but Dan made it feel comfortable and just reassured me that everything would turn out great. He would show me pictures throughout the session that would boost my confidence and that made it fun to keep going! For my family photo shoot, he traveled down to the shore for us and took beach pictures. I have twin 2.5 year olds and everyone knows they don't always listen to directions but Dan was still able to capture great shots, both posed and candid! He even gave us a special shot where he incorporated spent high very special to my family in the picture! Dan Mizner took our daughter's first holy communion photos. We wanted an outdoor location for the photo shoot and the morning of the shoot was cold, cloudy and rainy. Despite the poor weather conditions, Dan was able to caoture nearly 100 stunning photos, at various outdoor locations, which we were able to view just hours after the session took place.
