What’s your signature dish?
So obviously pizzas are my signature dish. But my favorite pizza comes with extra cup and char pepperoni
mozzarella,provolone, parmigiano reggiano finished w/fresh basil, hot honey & fresh ricotta..It’s awesome!!
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We usually sit down with you at least 30 days out to come up with 3 different types of pizzas you’d like for your guests based on the season and what ingredients are available..
What do you love most about your job?
The people and the relationships I have with my team. And the food, I just have a love for serving people the best food..
What inspired you to start your own business?
It started 20 years ago at least. I always wanted to serve people and always thought I could put out a better product . Was looking for something different than a food truck and bought a wood fired pizza oven 11yrs ago and haven’t looked back since..
