This is probably my favorite food truck, I usually call it in for me and then one time I needed for 14 people and they made it happen even though it was a short notice. I can never decide what to eat between the Lemon Rosemary grilled chicken, the chimichirri or the roasted red pesto bento because they are all delicious! HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Not only my favorite food truck in town, but arguably the best food, period. I started off getting the chicken curry over rice, then moved to the chimichurri, and now I am stuck on the lemon rosemary bowl. Everything is absolutely amazing. This guy is amazing and his food is delicious ! We had the Chimichurri with Trii Tip Bento and Thai Chicken Lettuce Cups both had lots of flavor and huge amount, we were to full to finish! ! So far this is a be of my favorite food trucks. They have delicious options, you can get your selected food in a lettuce wrap or a bowl. My go to is the lemon rosemary chicken lettuce wraps, omg so flavorful and fresh! Caution this one tends to be extra oily in the wraps vs. the bowl with rice that will soak it all up, but so delicious messy doesn't matter! I ended up attending one of Del Río Vineyard's concerts and 'Curbside King' was once of the food trucks there. As soon as I walked up to the truck the smell of food hit me and had my mouth watering. I had to ask the nice lady taking the orders what her best/most popular dish was since I couldn't make up my mind. She recommend the Tri tip Chimichurri saying that she had yet to get any complaints about it. Boy was she right, not only did I get a nice big portion, but the ingredients used were obviously fresh and the combinations complemented one another. I'm a vegetarian so I've only tried the vegan options but the spicy peanut vegan option was so yummy. I'm always cautious of food trucks, but this place is so delicious and clean.
