What’s your signature dish?
The signature dish that everyone loves is our New Orleans Style Seafood Gumbo.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
During the consultation, the client will be asked of likes/dislikes and any food allergies among guests. From there, we will build a menu based off the preferences of the client.
What do you love most about your job?
The greatest reward is seeing the happy smiles when the food is tasted.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have always wanted to be a chef and I made that dream possible. I love serving people beautiful curated foods which led me to open Curated Communion. All beautiful foods while we gather together.
Why should our clients choose you?
I have a copious amount of hospitality and service knowledge which I bring to each experience with the client.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Our chef will be wearing a mask/face shield, using gloves to prepare and serve your food during all times. All work surfaces will be sanitized on regular basis (2/3 times a hour). All cutlery when hired will be delivered sanitized & cling filmed having quarantined for 72hrs Prior to the event. We will be communicating the above guidelines to all of our clients, and will require them to be as vigilant as we are.
