I’ve been driving past this place for several months. Today I decided to stop by to give them a try. My wife and I felt a warm welcome from the young lady on duty. She was awesome! She took the time to explain each cupcake and also told us about the seasonal products. I went in to buy just 1 but ended up getting 6 bc it was hard to choose lol. Me and my friend heard great things about Cupcake Couture. When we arrived we were greeted and acknowledged by JULIAN. He was absolutely sweet and gave the most Outstanding customer service! ! He even told us they had GLUTEN FREE CUPCAKES !!! But wait it gets better..... he recommended the CHOCOLATE GLUTEN FREE CUPCAKE... so I bought it and ate it right then and there... it was absolutely delicious!!! I felt like a kid again! My eyes teared up as I ate the cupcake because it was by far the best Chocolate GLUTEN FREE cupcake I ever tasted!!! Hey everyone! So yesterday I saw a CUPCAKE COUTURE sign on 1604 and bandera and for some reason I could not get it off my mind. So later when I was closer to home I found there other location at the RIM. I walk in and was greeted by the sweetest employee ever! He’s so cute and helpful his name was *JULIAN* so for first timers Julian explained all there flavors and the variety of frosting they had. So I was looking for something a little less sweet (kinda impossible haha) so Julian recommended a whip cream based frosting on my strawberry cupcake and boy was that the greatest combo ever! I also got a strawberry at the top! but most importantly some sprinkles! My friend and I ended up getting a few more flavors and sat down on there comfy couch inside and just enjoyed them one by one! The employees at Cupcake Couture went above and beyond for me and I cannot thank them enough. My good friend passed away and requested cupcakes from cupcake couture at her memorial service and I told them. they had to be colorful and unicorn and glittery. They delivered! I mean they were so stunning and delicious. I even ate the fondant which I normally dont like. Moist and flavorful on top of being the cutest cupcakes I've ever seen. I went to Cupcake Couture to purchase a special cupcake for my daughter for her 14th birthday. Sadly, her beloved pet Mr. Biscuits passed away days before Christmas . She had asked me if I could possibly put an image of Mr. Biscuits on her birthday cake this year, to which I replied, absolutely. Then starting fretting about how to do that task. Once I made it to Cupcake Couture, Julian helped me. He listened to me attentivley, which I appreciated, and then we designed the bunny cupcake with a few changes to make it look more like Mr. Biscuits. When I was checking out, Julian said, Do you have a photo of Mr. Biscuits? I said, yes! and I emailed it to Julian once I arrived home. Jullian and Derrick made the most beautiful cupcake for my daughter. Not only did they make it look like a bunny it looked so much like Mr. Biscuits. My daughter was so touched, and knew the thought, talent and care that must have went into making her birthday cupcake special. I am filled with appreciation and admiration for a job so well done. You didn't have to go the extra mile, but you did, and I am so grateful. Thank you both from the bottom of my heart. I'm a little late on my review but they did my daughter 3rd birthday cake it was a 3 tier unicorn cake and it was amazing the kept me updated and let me review a days before pick up and any thing that needed to be fixed was done on the same day they girl that helped me was so nice and helpful that's are pricey but I felt it was worth it bc I got what I asked for and it tasted amazing I always recommend them to friends and family I will definitely use them again!

Cupcake couture is a magical place filled with chipper employees, fun activities, andand delici cupcakes galore. The owners are sweet and dedicated to their craft. After a few years of what seemed to be a customer service decline, they have really revitalized their locations to be a super sweet escape for all desert lovers alike. I love the creative creation s they come up with. This is not a franchise so it is always good to call ahead of time to make sure they have your desired cakes in store, but they do their very best to accommodate to all customer expectations. I ate the firecracker cupcake and it was delicious and had a nice kick to it. The staff was very friendly and helpful because it was my first time. If they didn't have the cupcake that you wanted in the display then they can make it for you. I didn't eat the cupcake there, I took it home and ate it later. Cupcake selection was pretty low at 5 pm, when they close at 9pm. The two cupcakes I got were pretty good, although I dont think I will be enjoying them often at that price point.

I went here one day was greeted by a guy named Julian. Very knowledgeable and super nice. Hes really informative and patient as I had a million questions. I Have been here a few times now and I always had a good experience. Staff always attentive and prompt to help you with any question. Cupcakes are delicious and they have a huge variety to choose from. My favorite one is the couture that is the one with the Bavarian cream on it. I enjoyed all my visits here. A friendly staff always have a smile. Knowledgeable about the little cakes of joy they provide. They come up with different styles and flavors so they will most likely have different types when you go in. Of course you can special order you custom cakes and they have a variety of choices. Its a quiet setting if you must sit in and wait or just relax and enjoy you snacks. So the only real reason the rate wasnt a 5 star is because the prices might be a little high...but thats my own opinion i dont shop at cupcake places that often so i wouldnt know avarage prices.
