I really liked this gym at first but now I'm thinking about cancelling, its wayyy too crowded no matter what time it is and half the time when I check in there's like 5 people behind the desk and noone acknowledges you while you are standing there with your key fob, also if you want to work abs make sure u take the whole day off work because there are only like 2 ab machines and itll take all day to get an ab machine

got harassed today about a towel. It was more the messenger than the message. I was never given a warning, and then today, to my surprise, I received a 2nd warning. When you issue warnings about having towels, please be sure everyone is in compliance. After seeing the consistent large crowds there and doubting my membership, this incident confirmed that I should cancel. HOWEVER, i'm being forced to honor the 90 day commitment as a Corporate Perks Member. The facility is great, the price is great, it's just not for me and I hate that it went down like this. I simply don’t recommend this place because of their child care age limit. Been a crunch member for 2 years now and I usually visit the Bloomingdale location and some times the Gainsville location. Both locations offer childcare with the minimum age set at 3 months. When I learned about this gym opening and that they have childcare I was excited because now I have another location to bring my children. I contacted this location in advance to inquire about their childcare hours. At no time was I informed that the age limit was 3 years old (I have a one year old). I Drove 45-50min just to be told at the door that children under 3 are not allowed at this location and had to leave. I asked was there a reason why this particular location has a different age limit than the others and was told that it’s just the rule set by the franchise. I doubt that’s the case because every gym is ran under the same franchise and the other locations allow children as young as 3 months to be in their childcare. I found out the truth though. They are only allowing kids as young as three because they’re making the kids wear face masks the entire time. no other location in Florida that offers childcare requires the kids to wear a mask. This was really a wasted trip and I wish I was told about their age limit before I got in my car and drove the distance. More...

I love the equipment and how big it is, very nice, i just wish the classes weren't so loud, I cant even hear Netflix on my earbuds because the classes are SO LOUD, im on the other side of the gym and had to close out of Netflix because I cant even hear my self think with all that noise, fix that problem and u have a 5 star gym

I recommend his place BUT for an advanced Crunch facility (this is CRUNCH not l.a.) y’all need bigger tires the 88 lbs tires too small bigger tires really makes a difference at least 179 lbs to 200 lbs it will attract more customers to join in! that’s my opinion other than that it’s a good place!
