Really serious about fitness. The staff is really friendly and helpful all the time. The price is great for what it offers, the team really works with you to accomplish your goals! ! Overall great ambience no judgement zone. Big shout out to DANNY my trainer he is extremely dedicated and persistant, keeps me pumped with motivation all throughout our sessions! Crunch is the best gym in Schaumburg. Only gym that is in the same level as lifetime and Keirsten hooked us up with $20 memberships and that includes free tanning and massage with no contracts so I can cancel at anytime

I been to plenty of other gyms and ended up paying more than what I gained and ended up not going back but at crunch fitness I find myself going on a daily basis the energy and the vibes in the gym are amazing and the staff is awesome and very helpful I can see myself improving myself in this gym. ...... I've been a member since mid December at the New Schaumburg location working with Danny the personal trainer that hat they matched me up with. Each time I enter I am treated by the people working there. Danny has made a work out plan taking into account my agen, abilities and goals. So far I've lost 15 pounds and lots of inches. Had to cancel my old gym membership after I moved to Schaumburg. I found Crunch and signed up while it was still under construction. So glad I did. They have great equipment, and you're allowed access to stuff that's usually reserved for trainers, I was really impressed! I have the cheapest package, so I can't take classes, but there is more than enough to get a good work out. Overall, it's clean and the staff is incredibly nice. More...

I'm beginning my work out lifestyle and I'm so grateful we found Crunch. From the moment you wally in, you are greeted by the friendly staff. The equipment is great and they have everything that I want, and even some I don't necessarily "want" but use anyways lol I love the turf section where you can explore different workout alternatives. I can't stress enough though how great the staff is and willing to help without making you feel dumb. For me, getting started on this new journey of getting into shape and going to the gym was one that I was fearful of, but after joining here, I can confidently say that I'm excited to go to the gym. Crunch is an awesome gym, great people( employees and customers) and a wide variety of equipment.
I personally love the sport oriented workout area to get some good plyometrics in, heavy bag work, functional cardio.
The trainers there are very helpful as well.
One day I was doing a lift and I admit I wasn't that great at it, one of the trainers came up and corrected my technique to make sure I did not hurt myself. It was very much appreciated.
The only negative thing I will say is there is not a lot of space between the machines to move through.
That being said Crunch Fitness Schaumburg is still an awesome gym 5 stars �����

Great facility to workout at. New equipment and plenty of options of free weights and machines to use. Today was a little different as I was working out I noticed i was sweating a little bit more than usual. I was thinking hmm maybe its the heater. Didn’t too much about it. Then I went to get water I noticed my shirt was drenched ok something is wrong. I looked up and the ceiling was pouring water inside the facility like it was Niagara falls. Issue should be addressed immediately. Still recommend this Gym 5/5 More...
