Excellent location (just across from Market Square) and great service. Our room was nothing special compared to the rest of the hotel, but we had a great night there. We'll be back.

Very disappointed when I called down to tell about cigarette smell coming in my room from the hallway, I was told they were sorry but could not find where the cigarette smell was coming from. This smell went on for two days, I’m sure if I went down the hall I could have figured it out. Very disappointed as you could easily smell it when you got off the elevator and others had obviously complained as well. If it was not for the cigarette smell, I would have given much higher ratings. Should have found the people and thrown them out! More...

Nice place friendly staff and a great location. Make sure your dates are firm before using prepay. We wanted to move up one day earlier and the front desk and management team denied our request even though they had availability as it was mid week. Simply put, there were nothing but smiling faces and warm welcoming people. The internet worked wonders, which means a lot in my line of work, and the fitness center was, as the youths say, BALLER! 10/10 recommend.

Great experience very relaxing love the location I arrived into Knoxville with my daughter after a long drive from Massachusetts resting for an hour and a half in a rest area and continued our drive until we made it to Knoxville early a. m. we were able to get early check-in which was fabulous since we definitely needed some rest very courteous checking in very helpful staff then we were able to get a very nice room in the bed and pillows were So comfortable we were able to get a couple hours rest before we went out on the town for dinner and to our surprise also a Christmas parade which was unexpected once again the staff between management in housekeeping was wonderful looking forward to staying that your hotel again outstanding experience wish we had more time thank you!!!! ダウンタウンにありますがロビーにアクセスできる駐車場があるので便利と思いました。施設は古い感じがしますが、廊下や部屋がとにかく明るいので新しくきれいに見えます。部屋はアメリカのビジホで平均的かと思いますが、HIEXやHIに比べると1ランク上に感じますね。ベッド脇にコンセントが無いのと、バスタブが無い、バスルームの鏡と洗面の配置が変という以外は、100ドルちょっとという1泊の価格も安いし、コスパが高いと思います。

All the staff we dealt with were very friendly and attentive. It was a very hectic weekend for them (Garth Brooks concert, multiple events inside the hotel) and everyone was still pleasant.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Convenient hotel with attached parking garage (fee charged). We were in town with a group for a family wedding and our needs were well met. Rooms were comfortable - the older style window heating units are noisy and wake you up until you get used to them.
