We had a group of 15 of us in for a fun weekend in LA.  We rented the 16 person Mercedes Sprinter vehicle for the day to take us to the Vikings game in Carson.  Demetrius was our driver and he was awesome.  So kind and a great driver.  He was early to pick us up, took us to a bar where we could get drinks before the game and got us to the game in plenty of time.  Then picked us up right after the game and drove us around for awhile before heading back to the hotel.  He even stopped at a beach to take our picture with the sun setting in the background - all his idea!  A++ sprinter van and service!  I would use them again no question! I was very impressed by the service they gave me. I had rented a limo service for my sons birthday and was a little worried since I had never done that before for. I had to go to LAX and Crown was t my house early (I left at 5:30 am) Very nice driver.  My return flight was delayed for over 5 hours.  The airline kept changing the tie.  I got to LAX at midnight and I was the last passenger to get off because the airline misplaced my walker.  The Crown Driver was still waiting.  My suitcase was the only one left.  I was very happy he was still there.Crown is my go to for the airport now More...

What a life savor Crown Limousine is !  Called to get picked up for the airport leaving for Brazil they made a few stops for us to pick up other people on the way and it was wonderful not to worry about anything ! From their professional and awesome drivers whom I've come to know over the years and years I've been a client of Crown to their office staff who always accommodate my last minute requests and/or changes with professionalism. Contracted with Crown Limo for a super special surprise birthday event for my husband that entailed an 8 hour on/off trip around the city.  From my first email transaction to the last minute of the night of the party I couldn't have been treated any better!! The Mercedes Sprinter was perfectly elegant and sparkling clean! My communiques with Sergio were always expeditiously responded to with great results, he was wonderful to work with!  Even two of the other staff members I emailed with were terrific. Our phenomenal, amazing driver, BERNARD, was a dream come true in that he was friendly, knowledgeable, funny, punctual, professional, well dressed/groomed, delightful, respectful, helpful and a very safe and alert driver!!!!! My family and I were so very, very lucky he was assigned to my event!  This was my first booking with Crown Limo and won't be the last and all our friends and associates have already been told not to call any other company! The BEST in LA. Called Crown after another company cancelled on me the day before. Jackie totally came through with a better price and a nicer vehicle. Her communication and attention to detail was over the top. After telling her what kind of guests we were hosting she chose Dave to drive them. His professionalism and temperament was spot on. I received nothing but compliments from all our guests as well as the President & CEO of my company. The next day I was asked to book a SUV for a smaller group of guests which the President was hosting. Again Jackie chose the perfect driver for them. Eddie was great! He not only drove them but served coffee and pastries on the way and made sure they all could use the WiFi because the drive to the first stop was 90 mins away. I used their service for a corporate airport pick up - since LAX has new rules about uber/taxi we thought it was best to use a car service so ensure we weren't stuck at the airport. I reached out to Crown Limousine for a quote and they got back to me within 15 minutes. After confirming everything, I just had to sign an online credit authorization form and we were good to go. The day before your appointment they send a reminder email. The pick up went smoothly, in fact my boss was really impressed with their service and we will be using them in the future for various events. We used Crown for my daughter's beach wedding and events after. The limo driver, Eduardo, was absolutely amazing and so accommodating!  The limo was beautiful, comfortable, and had everything we needed from music, to champagne and drink glasses for all, to ice! The reservation process was very slick and easy. I loved being able to see pics of the limo choices, inside and out, prior to booking. I am so glad I found Crown Limo LA! I was helping organize stuff for my brother's wedding. A week or two before the wedding they decided they wanted to get a limo or car to transport their wedding party from the ceremony (in Pomona) to the reception (in Temple City) and back. I reached out to multiple limo/driver service companies in the LA and OC area and they all seemed really a little sketchy and disorganized. When I finally found Crown Limo, it looked really promising but I was worried they didn't cover LA county as far out as Pomona --- turns out they do!! Within a day of emailing them, I was helped by Mercedes and Jackie who immediately offered up the different available vehicles and options. Coordinating times and payment with them was SO unbelievably easy. They were also extremely responsive by email and phone.We ended up going with a Mercedes SK 14 passenger party bus. It was definitely more space than we needed for 7 people but it was nice to that everyone could spread out and sit comfortably. On the day of, the driver Damon arrived on time, paid specific attention to the pick-up details we had included (we asked him to park in a reserved spot in the driveway), and waited patiently until the party was ready to go! He was so sweet and accommodating. He was also so easy to coordinate with as we went from location to location. Overall it was a solid 5-star experience! Amazing experience. My child was celebrating their sweet 16 with 5 friends. Their driver was perfect.
