Wonderful crossfit box. Coaches are very knowledgeable and the community is extremely welcoming. Everyone is at a different fitness level but regardless they are pushing each other to better themselves. For anyone on the fence about crossfit or anyone looking for a challenging workout that does not have the barbell movements of crossfit I high recommend the new fun fit class. I'm new to this and still learning, but the atmosphere here is fantastic and I find myself dying to get to my next workout here.
The staff are great as well; Ted just today in the middle of a full class took ample time to go over some tendencies he noticed with me to help me better progress which yielded instant results.

This gym is excellent! I went to the gym during my vacation. In the true spirit of the south everyone welcomed me with open arms. After speaking with Ted, the owner, over the telephone, he stopped by to make sure he met me in person, thanked me for dropping in and making sure I was enjoying my workout. We are staying at Edisto Beach and drove 1.25 hours to Crossfit Beaufort, it was well worth the drive. The owners, coaches, and athletes represented the epitome of Southern Hospitality! It was very easy to blend in and successfully complete the WOD. I was working also on specific skills for an upcoming competition and I received some great tips from coach Albert! Acquired some cool tshirts too, cuz you know it's all about the tshirts!! Will visit again when we are in Carolina for hunting season! More...

CFB is a great box! Everyone (coaches and members) are friendly and welcoming and cheer you on till the minute you walk out the door! I do not have enough great things to say about it! We moved to Beaufort from a great box in the New York area, but Ted and the CFB community welcomed us with open arms. I was in town for our son's Marine Corps Graduation and was able to crash CrossFit Beaufort's 4:30 a couple times. The classes were great - which is what I expect from any affiliate - and the coaches were very motivating.
I really appreciate being able to go in and not have a big fuss made over it. The clients just rolled with the flow and made me feel like I had been there all along.

Six years ago today I walked into CrossFit Beaufort, (I would have been in one day earlier but I was on shift), it was and still is the best decision I have made in regards to my personal fitness. It has been hard and I have experienced many ups and downs but I have never been without the support of Ted, Betsy and the entire community of athletes CrossFit Beaufort that they have nurtured and helped grow. The have helped me along the way tremendously to grow and develop not only as an athlete but as an individual and when I was struggling to find the motivation I knew all I had to do was show up. I have learned that finding the right box to help you reach your fitness goals is more than who has the lowest rates or trendiest "gadgets" instead it is who notices the little things and genuinely cares when you are not there. This is the longest I have stuck with anything in regards to fitness and while it hasn't been easy, I can say with confidence that CrossFit Beaufort has a unique draw and I am proud to have been apart of this community from Day 1 (technically I guess Day 2 but they will attest I was harassing them well before the grand opening). Please stop by and check out CrossFit Beaufort, whether you are in town for a few days, a few weeks, or a lifetime you will not regret it, I haven't. =) More...

Visited this gym over the Christmas holidays and had a great experience. The owners were very responsive to my initial email to drop in, and we found the gym very accommodating. Nice facility and very knowledgeable coaches. The visitors were introduced to the rest of the class so we felt welcome, and the members cheered each other on and gave encouragement as we working on new strict press max's. Everything was nicely organized and clean with lots of space. Definitely worth a drop in the next time you're in the area, and worth joining if you live in Beaufort. More...
