I didn't give it 5 stars due to the small facility. if I was rating on overall experience its definitely 5 stars. the people are great, no meatheads, no cliques, and nothing but friendliness and positive energy from everyone for the out of shape 49 year old 410 lb man who walked in the door needing lots of movements modified because of a medical condition. down about 38 lbs, gaining muscle and stamina, and losing lots of inches. What an awesome place to workout!! Great atmosphere and wonderful people! When I first started I felt very intimidated but after a few weeks, everyone became like family! !
